Neil Franklin
Neil Franklin is an award winning entrepreneur, born in the United Kingdom and now living in Dallas, Texas. Franklin has been in the world of business since he was 19. In 1994, Franklin founded a UK based staffing organization, Dataworkforce. The company grew rapidly to a turnover of $65 million in six years, with offices located in London, Dallas, Malaysia, Switzerland, Singapore and Mexico City.
Franklin's entrepreneurial flair resulted in him being highlighted by Deloitte & Touche's Indy Judges at the Independent on Sunday and being finalist in the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Awards. Dataworkforce was placed number one in The Sunday Times "Virgin Atlantic" Fast Track 100 fastest growing UK business in 2000 and 2001. To date, Dataworkforce is the only company in the history of the competition to have achieved this "double".
Franklin has been called on as an industry spokesperson by leading institutions including The BBC, SKY Television, Independent Radio, The Financial Times, The Independent, The Daily Express, The Daily Mail, The Dallas Morning News and Time Magazine.
In 2002, Franklin co-founded Cerion Optimization Services based in Dallas, Texas, in the depths of the telecommunications recession. Cerion now works with World Leading Wireless Service Providers helping them to improve network performance and unlock stranded capital.
In 2006, Franklin partnered with Dallas recruiting legends, Cary Tobolka and Scott Higby, to form C-People, a Dallas Executive Recruiting Firm.
