Job Description/Summary:

Come join a small team of software developers in Frisco, Texas who is currently in need of an additional member to help us with our server-side development. Team uses fast machines (Core i7s on Windows 7 Pro 64bit with plenty of memory) and great tools (Visual Studio 2008, Perforce, DevExpress, ChartFX, MapInfo) to build software product that sells to mobile broadband carriers worldwide. Team will be considering move to .NET 4.0 and Visual Studio 2010 soon. Our team does our best to do software development right - we use source control integrated with our bug and feature request tracking system, we can do a build in one step, we do continuous integration (new build with every check-in), we have an XP/Agile development process and we have excellent QA that understands the product and performs both feature and regression testing. Many of our expert users are network engineers that are co-located in the same office allowing immediate feedback on usability and design questions.

We are looking for someone who has deep understanding of the .NET framework, object-oriented design and is comfortable writing PL/SQL for Oracle 10g/11g databases. We would also like to find someone who has ability to do some C# business logic and WinForms development when necessary for our desktop application. This person should be a self-starter and work comfortably under a VP/lead that also is doing hands-on development most of the time.
