Nick Shanker Joins Cerion Optimization Services as Chief Executive Officer

Plano, TX (PRWEB) September 30, 2009 -- Cerion Optimization Services, a leader in capacity planning and optimization services, has appointed Nick Shanker as its new Chief Executive Officer. Shanker has over 20 years of senior management experience in influential high technology sectors such as wireless and wireline telecommunications, as well as handling large- scale deployment programs.

Shanker played a pivotal role at Ericsson, as Vice President of Network Deployment and Technology Consulting Services. During his tenure at Ericsson, he oversaw all planning and deployment activities from design to optimization and managed one of the largest telecom supply chain in North America. Under his leadership, Ericsson took the leading position as equipment manufacturer and turnkey services provider.
