Business is all about decision making and the Companies that make the fastest, most accurate and best decisions are the ones that beat the competition and enjoy the most success. Hyper competition is the word of today's economy and that means that today's executives are more time and margin starved than ever before.

Anyway, we presented our findings, which were received with equal alarm and the result was a happy one because not only was the advice heeded, but so was the recommendation and the implementation, which was also performed by ourselves, so we are not just a 'recommendation' outfit, but also a 'doing' one!
